Hi everyone, I’m Jenna! I am from Glenview, Illinois and I am studying Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies major with a minor in Arabic on the pre – physical therapy track. I come from a Palestinian and Pakistani background which are major contributors in how I apply my learning about these subjects. Many of my projects and research applies various social issues, I have come across in my academic career, to the demographic of South Asian and Middle Eastern populations. I hope to gain additional knowledge from this class I can apply to social issues to implement change within our society and the wider geographical demographic of the Middle East and South Asia.
