79 Reflections on Learning

A learning reflection to me is a way to review and look back on the ideas and concepts I have covered in a course and express them in my own words.

What I know about using AI

Prior to this class, I had never used AI or known much about it at all. After using it for our project on comparing fictional and non-fiction works on a health problem, I quickly learned that AI is a great resource to use as a starting point or as a guiding source. It is a good way to get information quickly and accurately, as long as credit is given.

One downside to using AI is that in can feel un-human and its writing can lack emotion. The words used are of high intelligence and it can sometimes be obvious that it is not a human behind the piece of writing. This is fine because I will just be using AI to gather thoughts and ideas, not to be directly quoted.

Overall, I find that AI is just another advancement in technology, similar to that of the development of Google and other search engines, that can help me academically.
