I’m Kaitlyn Scheppmann and I am a sophomore at the University of Iowa. I am majoring in nursing and my goal is to either be a nurse anesthetist, a peds nurse, or labor and delivery nurse! I grew up having to go get allergy shots all the time and I really connected with my nurses and that’s what inspired me to want to become a nurse! My goals for this class are to find better ways to be able to interact with patients. I know everyone comes from a different background and has different experiences so I want to be able to understand that and help them the best I can!
