64 About Me: Grace Pierce

Hello! I am a senior at the University of Iowa majoring in biomedical sciences on the pre-medicine track. I am also minoring in English. My goal is to become a pediatric physician. I hope to use what I learn from this class to provide a more holistic type of care for my future patients and to gain a deeper understanding of how health humanities can benefit me in the future.

I grew up in DeWitt, Iowa (a small town close to the Quad Cities) about an hour from Iowa City. Outside of school, I enjoy playing volleyball, boating, and crocheting!
