Hi, my name is Ava Kintzle, and I am currently a first-year student at the University of Iowa. I am originally from Waukee, Iowa, in the Des Moines area. I am majoring in exercise science but am not sure about the career I want to pursue. I am interested in physical training, dietetics, and anything within the public health region. When I am home, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, and working in an infant room at a daycare.  I have a strong passion for promoting health and well-being, both on individual and community levels. I bring a unique perspective to tackling health challenges through innovative solutions and evidence-based strategies.
