About Me: Anna Scott
My name is Anna Scott, I am a fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing a BA in global health studies, a minor in medical anthropology, and a certificate in sustainability. I have six years of work experience in retail and customer service that have given me great flexibility, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to multitask. I currently work as an office assistant for the College of Nursing Office on Nursing Scholarship and Research and a student researcher under Doctor Carly Nichols and Doctor Silvia Secchi on their project covering Iowa farmland ownership and stress. I have a great interest in health disparities at the global and local scales, policy intervention and activism, as well as sustainable practices and protecting the health of our environment in the long-term.
