B. Disaster Recovery

Disaster recovery for ICON will conform to the institutional Backup and Recovery policy on the CIO’s website.

ICON course designers are strongly encouraged to keep local copies of as much of their course content as possible to facilitate system recovery in the event of a disaster that causes loss of course site data. Additionally, the vendor will regularly back up ICON data to facilitate recovery in the case of complete system failure.
