Take steps to establish trust and demonstrate your skills.

To exceed workplace expectations, focus on exposure. Make sure your work and contributions are visible to key stakeholders. Be an engaged participant in team/departmental meetings and one-on-one meetings with your supervisor. Continue to build strong connections, contribute ideas, and elevate the workplace culture.
