[an] Pronounce [a] in Chinese and followed by a nasal sound [n]

[en] Pronounce [e] in Chinese and followed by a nasal sound [n]

[in] Pronounce [i] in Chinese and followed by a nasal sound [n]

[un] Pronounce [u] in Chinese and followed by [en], refer to how to pronounce [en].

[ün] Pronounce [ü] in Chinese and followed by a nasal sound [n], no equivalent in English.

[n] vs [ng]

To pronounce [ng], raise the root of your tongue to block the air, then let the air out with the vibrating vocal cords.

[ang] Pronounce the simple vowel [a] shortly followed by the back nasal [ng].

[eng] Pronounce the simple vowel [e] shortly followed by the back nasal [ng]

[ing] Pronounce the simple vowel [i], followed by the back nasal [ng]

[ong] Pronounce the simple vowel [o], followed by the back nasal [ng]
