My Goals and Action Plan

This assignment allows you to practice identifying and creating short-term academic, leadership and career development goals by developing specific, measurable action steps that will help you achieve those goals. This assignment will also be used as a discussion guide during your final performance review meeting at the end of the course. 

Goals must be:

• Specific – clear to everyone
• Measurable – quantifiable
• Attainable – realistic
• Relevant – in alignment with your role as a student, employee, leader
• Time-bound – within a set time frame for completion
