This appendix has two documents that describe the beginning and methods of the Agricultural Risk Policy Process

1. The first is a letter to Lu Jean Cole of Pioneer Hi Bred International, seeking support and resources to fund the project.

2. The second document is an abstract of a paper presented by Donham and co-workers on the methods and process of the Agriculture and Risk Policy Program at the American Public Health Association in 1988.
