55 Kaylee Hendrix

Kaylee (Hasek) Hendrix is a senior at the University of Iowa. She will graduate in Dec. 2020 with a degree in Communication Studies and a Certificate in Writing.  After school, she will begin her AmeriCorps service as a legal assistant with Iowa Legal Aid. She hopes to make the world a better place in any way she can.

Some of her accomplishments include volunteering in Washington, DC as a Spanish-speaking missionary for 18 months; falling asleep at the wheel and crashing the nicest car her family owned; eating 6 roast beef sandwiches at Arby’s on a dare; and becoming a dog mom to Dexter.
