20 What is Seesaw Anyway?

Seesaw is a digital portfolio for students to “show what they know” through online learning. Seesaw has improved the ways of online teaching and learning by allowing students to engage in class materials and allows them to have easy access to all class resources whenever they need them. In an age of digital learning, Seesaw provides a safe and educational space for students and teachers to interact with one another.

We understand the difficulties of learning to use new technology and platforms. That is why we are here to help. We will help guide you and your student through the process to make it a little less stressful.

First, let’s see what Seesaw allows your student to do, and don’t worry, we will show you how to access and use these features.

A reminder that some districts and/or teachers may have adopted Seesaw differently – which means that you may not see ALL that Seesaw says it has to offer.
