31 Instructions in the activity description

Finding assignment instructions in the activity description

It is important to remember that each teacher and school district may do things differently. That is why we are showing you the three ways that teachers can show instructions. The second way to view instructions is in the description. Once opening an assignment, you should see an overview similar to the image below. The instructions for this assignment are listed underneath the title and noted by 1, 2, 3.

***The yellow arrow is pointing to the instructions

“Opening the student template” is a great way to get started on an assignment. What that means is, click the green “+ add response” button.

Once “in” student template, it will look something like this (particularly for a “wonders” assignment)

It is after you are in the student template view (have clicked add response) that you would move to the goal of understanding and completing the assignment.
